For a number of days our corporate server is being blocked from being sent to Outlook.com and Hotmail with the message:
COL0-MC3-F56.Col0.hotmail.com gave this error:
SC-002 (COL0-MC3-F56) Unfortunately, messages from 62.49.132.58 weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list. You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors.
I have checked the linked page and tried to contact support via the MSN support page, but there is no longer a form to submit delivery issues at https://support.msn.com/eform.aspx?productKey=edfsmsbl&ct=eformts
I have contacted my Internet service provider but they can see nothing blocking emails. How does the block get removed?
