I usually only access my Hotmail from my BlackBerry 10 smartphone but recently it got some sort of error and was removed from my Hub, I can't seem to sign in and when I try to reset my password, outlook does not send me the email after I fill out the questions it asks me and give it an email where it can send the answer to, I also tried sending a reset password to the set email address that I put on the account but it comes up as an*****@yahoo.com, how can I confirm this is my yahoo account it is sending the information to?
