They said to ensure that my email service not be interrupted that I click on a link to update my information. It all looks legitimate, but I was hacked once and am a little skeptical. Can you tell me if this is on the up and up?

Received an email from (windowsLive.Msg.24hrs-69@msg24hrs.-22-e.localhost.host.smtp.MICROSOFT-SERVERt.81.140.149.234.net) saying that they were unable to verify my account details. This might be due to either a recent change in personal information or
submitting incorrect information during register process.
