Ever since Microsoft tried to make me enter a code I have been getting problem after problem at one point I lost all access to my computer and had to call HP at a price to get it all back. I had no emails but Microsoft wanted to email me the code???? then it all went down. I have my email back now but can not send any or do reply has any one else been asked to enter a security code and if so had the same sort of problems. Microsoft would not help me via phone at all. thank god for HP.
