emails not sent to everyone in a group

Hi,
I have recently (within the last 2 months) installed Windows Live Mail, etc on my new PC:  Windows 7 x64.
   Version 2012 (Build 16.4.3505.0912)

I weekly send emails to a group with 16 names... 
2 times I have discovered that the distribution list was only about 6 names on the list...

HELP!!!
