Guys,I want to ask why every time I delete my mail and it directly go to delete folder,then when I already empty the folder the message always appear again whenever I sign it back

Secondly something happen with my sent folder, when after I sent an email and want to delete it,mail the message always come back again to my sent folder and they like come back double 

also why every time my message in inbox often move itself to POP folder?but I never set my mail that automatically move to POP folder?
