I was wondering if anyone could help - after a recent upgrade on Outlook for Mac (2010) I stopped receiving emails to it. The account itself (set on 123-reg.co.uk) works fine as I still receive emails to my iphone. At the same time Outlook for Mac is able
to send emails, but not to receive them. It seems that there's something wrong with the Inbox settings as every time it tries to connect to the server, it displays this error message Error: Mailbox already exists: INBOX/INBOX 1
I took my Mac to Apple today and they were unable to help me suggesting I contact Microsoft as the affected software is your product.
I'd appreciate if you could help me with this problem.
