When I try to send an email to a .com email location, the emails don't go.  When I try to get to the emails that are being held in the unsent email folder I get the above error message.  When I open my email program every day I get the message "You must upgrade to the latest version of Outlook Hotmail Connector.  When I try to upgrade now, I get the installation of this package failed.  No reason, no help, just failure.
