Using Windows Live Movie Maker, I am trying to convert a .mp4 video with a frame height of 552 to a .mp4 video with a frame height of 1080.  The conversion has failed three times with error code 0xC945002D.

In the last week I have successfully converted three .mp4 videos to a 1080 frame height, both before and after the video I am unable to convert.

I am unable to resolve this.  Any and all help will be greatly appreciated.
