I am trying to create/recreate my POP email account on live.com, however, my settings will not save and I keep getting the error message "We're sorry, but there was a problem creating your account. We've tried to save your settings, but if you don't see your account on the set-up page, you may need to choose "Add an email account" and start over."  

I have done this step over and over, but no results.  can anyone recommend a solution?
