When I want to start Outlook is does not start. Than I press cmd-alt-shift when starting outlook and I get a message box withe the text that `i have to choose an identity. the next time I start outlook after the computer has been shut down I cannot start outlook and I have to restart the whole procedure from cmd-alt-shift again.
