Within the last couple of months, the Curfew function of Windows Family Safety has stopped working for one of my children. He uses a laptop with Windows 7 (64-bit) Home Premium installed. Meanwhile, I have another child monitored via Windows Family Safety on another Windows 7 PC and it works properly. I have both children set up as a Standard User on each respective PC while I am an Administrator.  I had been using Windows Live Essentials 2011 and thought that may be the issue so I uninstalled this version and installed Windows Live Essentials 2012.

However, even after installing Windows Live Essentials 2012 and reconfiguring Windows Family Safety filter, it still does not restrict the one child's ability to log in at any time on the laptop regardless of the Curfew that I had set. I have even removed him as a family member in Windows Family Safety and recreated a new family member (with the same name) and re-applied the Curfew. Still it does not prevent log in at any time to the laptop.
