How is Facebook getting missed?

I noticed my son was using Facebook, but never saw it reported in Family Safety web activity. I followed the steps from http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/family-wlsecurity/family-safety-does-not-report-web-activity/8772d77a-1d33-48f9-906d-b15d259e645a ,
deleting and reinstalling his account, then did some surfing myself. I can see everything in the browser (Chrome) history, but anything on Facebook.com is missing from web activity list. I am using version 2011 build 16.4.3508.0205.
