The thing is i need to see the mail with the number to unlock my actual account which has been blocked!

On my account that i used about 8 years ago appears that i cannot see emails since my parents apparently haven't completed the family safety settings and when i go to family safety settings is appears: the page doesn't exist, has been moved or is not available.
