I have been using Outlook 2010 on my desktop and a Surface for months now.  I also sync my Live calendar with my iPhone.  [I also sync an iCloud mail account and contacts, no problems there.]  All mail and calendar items were syncing fine across devices until last week.  Since then I am getting multiple errors:

1) send/receive error:  'Live reported error 0X8004102A - error synchronizing folder hierarchy.'  Also error code 0X800CCE05

2) after these errors occur, calendar items do not sync from my desktop to Surface or iPhone, but calendar items sync from Surface and iPhone to desktop.  I have no errors in Outlook on my Surface.

3) My calendar status bar shows 'Limited connectivity.'

I have found a few posts with limited suggestions but nothing has worked.  I have deleted the .ost file several times but the errors begin again hours or a day later.  I have deleted and re-opened my Live account and still get these errors.

Kind of ridiculous that Outlook suddenly can't sync to Microsoft's own mail server.  Any suggestions?
