The folders were there after the switch to outlook and have recently disappeared. There would have been approximately 20 folders with access codes etc. The folders and contents have always been there until recently. Nobody has hacked my account that I am aware of, I have not closed the account or deactivated it, I have not done any automatic sweeps etc, they have vanished along with my contacts.

I need these folders back as the content of my account, according to Microsoft, belongs solely to me. 3.1 of your service agreement.
