When Microsoft revised its security protocols I was signed out of my Xbox live account and prompted for my password, I havnt had to use it since I first created the account (about 6 years ago, was young at the time) so naturally I had forgotten it, I tried to reset the password but to my surprise it was hooked up to an outlook account that I also hadn't used in a long time, I tried to access the account but all attempts to get into it have been futile; I've tried a password reset quite a few times now, and I even called customer support just to find out that they follow the same protocol as the automated system, and while I couldn't care less about the status of the email account; Xbox has been a keystone in my game-life for quite some time now so that's definitely something that needs fixing if possible. I realise that this is only a forum, but this is my last hope before I basically have to completely scrap all the effort, time, and money that I've invested into my Xbox live account so any insight as too how to get back into my outlook account so that I can find my Xbox live Information would be greatly appreciated.
