About 2 years ago, my brother gave me his Xbox after he got a new one, and he gave me his old account. I changed the name and used the account so much, but there was one small problem- he never told me the password to the account... Recently there has been a service alert and after it was over when I tried to sign into my account, it asked me for the password. I didn't know it. It has been two years and he uses a different microsoft account now, and forgot the password. He also can't help me with the security question. I don't know what to do because hes about 600 miles away and I cant just talk to him over the phone. Is there ANY way I can retrieve the account or get the data or something? I have somewhere over 200 hours played and tons of unlocked stuff on my games and I feel like if I couldn't get this to work I would probably stop playing altogether. I use a different email/account than this Xbox account. I tried filling out the verification page but I knew nearly nothing because my brother didn't have a credit card or anything that I know of. Could someone please PLEASE help me. I really am frustrated as I have experienced many problems with Xbox and I have almost had it. Please respond somehow, if you need more info I can most likely suffice.
