I'm using a different email than my own to post this. My email - *** Email address is removed for privacy *** - was hacked and my password and security question have been changed. I went through the online process of submitting a form with questions about my email and Microsoft
account but it was rejected. I now have another case number to go through the same process again. I do not have access to my email or my son's Xbox and somebody has access to a wealth of my personal information. If the online process isn't working to get this
fixed, what else can be done to resolve this?
