hello my problem is that about a year ago i created a quick second hotmail account for my online shopping and for gaming sites, i never have had a problem until one day i tried to sign in and it told me that someone else might be using my account but when i tried to recover my account or change my password, the hacker had changed my password and alternate email address's so i couldnt retrieve my account back, im scared that the hacker will get hold of personal stuff on my email, also i cannot use software such as my xbox account because of this problem, can someone help me please to get my account back or get me in touch with the microsoft support team so i can speak to them in more detail
