Recently my instagram account cant sign in as it stated that there was a change in my password when i didnt change it but needed to sign in my microsoft account to see what was the new password , so i forget my microsoft account password and i reset but it say my email is not verified when i can even sign up for facebook and instagram. can u help me to reset it so i can sign in my account.
