I am having the same problem as the people above me. I have been using my account for a long time and i cannot remember my security question. I remember my account email and password. I tried filling the form 3 times and now hotmail suggests i create a new hotmail. I did that and this is the hotmail account am using to post this question but i need to get my old emails back.
