I keep getting message that is is blocked and may be used by someone else.  As I have been travelling, I think there has been a mistake and the person accessing it has been ME from different computers and different countries.  How do I get quick access to my folders and addresses.  Emergency please. I have lodged my details but it is taking too long.  I need to access work and travel information ASAP.   Can a code be sent to another email account to reset the password? The only option is the blocked account!  Help please
