I tried to upgrade a few times thinking this may solve the issue but I am unable to (error message telling me to try again later)
I have tried to find a way to contact Microsoft directly about this but it seems that person to person support applies to actual products that you have purchased from Microsoft
My email account is the most important thing I have to do my business I really need it to be fixed!
The situation is so bad I had to create a NEW email address so that I could post here as it wasn't letting me post here using my 'broken' email address!!!
