I need desperate help on how to retrieve my blocked account.

My email account is blocked and despite several attempt to provide the information required to recover it, Microsoft repeatly sent an email the information provided is not sufficient. And now even suggest I create a new Hotmail account.

My email account was created like donkey years ago, and since then, I didn't use my actual name and more of nickname to my account. some of the information provided are not really accurate. Which makes the recovery process difficult (a slap on my face on this for not updating!)

I have some important folders created and stored many important information over many years.

I have all my previous MSN contacts, all my flight details and itinerary for the coming trips, and a lot more work related information that I need to access.

Now its ALL GONE or cannot access! I am really helpless now!

I was told to create a new Hotmail account which I just did, but is there a way to import everything to my new account?

Can I show proof of last 30 messages I received on my iphone to prove the account is mine?

What is the email of Microsoft or anyone I can speak to regarding this? I can let the person know what kind of emails I been receiving daily as proof.

HELP! I am desperate. Need my account back.

Can anyone advise me what to do?  I need those information back.
