Help! When ever I try and sync my hotmail account to the Windows Live Mail program on my computer, I get an error message. I am copy and paste the error message below:

Unable to send or receive messages for the Hotmail (lamb1319) account. To send and receive messages in your Hotmail account, go to http://hotmail.live.com on the Web, or try again later. To get help from Windows Live Customer Support, go to http://support.live.com and click Windows Live Mail in the list of services.

It was working fine one day and then the next day, it would not sync. I know that it must be the program because I can receive the emails on my phone and I can also go to the website and retrieve them. Anyone know how to fix it?
