we have had a hotmail account for many years and now for the first time it has been blocked.  We have sent a recovery form and filled in as much information as we can remember, and we were informed that it was insufficient.   Are you able to help us out with unblocking this account we use this daily and have some of our accounts sent to this email address.     Our hotmail account is (removed) It was block on the 8 August 2012 am.  A lot of information requested is in our hotmail account and now no longer accessible.
