Someone has created a hotmail address using the name of the son of one of my employees....and is sending that employee malacious e-mail. 

I am trying to help learn how we can discover who might be dong this.  Local law enforcement is helpless.  Surely someone at Hotmail can give us some information regarding the person who created this ficitious hotmail account and is using it to harrass my employee.

If necessary we can file a lawsuit naming Microsoft as a co-conspirator abetting this person in the delivery of personal threats, if that is what is required to discover information that may lead to determining their identity.

Any other ideas would be welcome
