Suddenly today Aug 6, 2013, we no longer have access to my wife's hotmail account which she has had for years. We have attempted to pass validation via the automated system, but because it was created so many years ago, she is not sure about the EXACT answer to the security question. We have tried several times, but now have been locked out from trying again for at least 24 hours. Is there a human with whom we can discuss this matter as I am sure she is close on the questions etc. She needs access, and has no idea what has happened.
