I was using my hotmail account until I kept seeing the warning message from MS with the caption "Call us overprotected" last week.  It then asked me to check an alternate email a/c for the security code which MS sent.  However, that alternate a/c was already inactivated 3-4 years ago.  I was not able to change that default email address to another one which I currently have.  Your system kept looping me to the same page over and over.  After a few attempts, my hotmail was totally disabled yesterday.  I am now unable to get any of my hotmail records such as saved emails and contacts.  How can I have my hotmail records restored?
