My account was hacked and I've filled out multiple account verification forms and have reached the limit of how many I can submit. It tells me the best option is to create a new account, which is frankly the worst option. So, I've called Microsoft, asked
for help, they directed me to this forum, I found ANOTHER account request form to fill out, Microsoft replied to that request by telling me to fill out an account verification form. Do you see the endless circle? I'm not going to give up on the 1500 emails
I had stored in my account, over eight years of mail, including mail from my now deceased grandmother. I am willing to jump through whatever hoops are needed, but I just need to find one Microsoft employee who can help me out and not shunt me to the useless
forms process.
Please help.
