I just upgraded to windows 8.1, part of setup a code was going to be sent to my old Hotmail account. I checked my outlook and the email wasn't there. I sent another email to my old Hotmail from gmail and that wasn't received either. I guessing any  email sent to my old Hotmail is not being forwarded to outlook. What can I do?
