in my company we have two Hotmail emails

the first one is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

and the second is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** (the one i'm currently logged in from)

the thing is that from 2008 we loosed the password in a way or another of the first one but we was logging to it from second one then going to account alias.

1 week ago u made some Hotmail updates (changes) or it stopped automatically (i don't know why) so u removed *** Email address is removed for privacy *** from *** Email address is removed for privacy *** alias , now it is not an alias any more.

i tried to remember the security question but i couldn't cuz the email is too old (about 10 years old)

i tried to fill out a request several times: i filled out an old pass ,recent emails i sent to them ,my name and age but with no luck

your automated system is rejecting the request

i am just asking u to review my request manually (humanely)
