Please can someone help?
I posted my last message several days ago, and no one has been able to help. Hotmail have lost all of my old emails, and I desperately need them back. How can this happen? I have been though all the microsoft help pages, and still cannot access my old
emails.

Two days ago, I tried to log into my www.hotmail.com account using the same password that I have used for years and it said that the 'Password is incorrect'. I then followed the instructions after clicking 'Can't access toyr account'and created a new password
for my account. When I logged into my account using this new password all of my emails were missing. Every single one.Please can someone urgently assist me with recovering my emails? I am on Outlook 2013, but only use it online.
ps. I have tried the method that was suggested to 'undelete' deleted messages, to no avail.
