Hello,

It seems that many have suffered this issue and it has not been properly addressed in any thread by Microsoft staff.  Since it was advised that those of us experiencing such issues start a personal thread, here I am.

Problem: Old emails prior to 2011 in my Inbox suddenly disappeared...possibly due to the hotmail>outlook transition.

Facts: I sign into my hotmail account everyday | I did not accidentally delete them | I have attempted to restore from my deletion folder to no avail | I do not have Sweep automation with any email addresses | Any emails older than 2011 only appears in custom folders or quickview folders

Any help would be appreciated in retrieving missing emails.
