I have gotten this same request before & I am no closer to getting my password reset than when I started 4 days ago. What to I need to do to talk to someone who can actually help me?
Here is some information (again).
I have filled out that questionnaire many times.
The problems are:
1 I created that account in Alabama, I now live in Iowa.
2 The e-mail address and the phone number to send the reset information to are both invalid now.
3 I don't own an X-box.
4 I used the account as a receive only. There are no subject lines or contacts anymore. I used the account as a Spam filter. The few replies I made with it have been long deleted.
I need to talk to a human being to explain what happened. you can contact me at 515-333-7296 or *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. Right now, all my microsoft based e-mail accounts are blocked. Even the new outlook.com address I created a few weeks ago.
Please just call me and let me talk to a human. You are about the 5th person I have been shuffled off to. I don't need the e-mail account so much as it is my log-in to Microsoft Money. Without the reset, I cannot access over 6 years of bank data that I needed on the 1st of this month. Please contact me in person!!!
