Why does my hotmail time zone differ from my computer time zone setting?  Computer purchased within Atlantic time zone, since moved to Mountain Time Zone.  I have updated my Time Zone on my computer, but incoming emails to my hotmail account are time stamped with the Atlantic Time Zone.
