I filled out a form & received a letter from Microsoft, that I was to update my password reset information. But when I click on the link, my old password doesn't work. So I thought that maybe I'm supposed to provide a new password instead. But that doesn't work either. 

I have important email addresses & phone numbers in there. Please can someone help me?
