I have an account that for some reason has stopped working through the mail app in Windows 8, I went to sign in on the hotmail portal. The password no longer works, none of recovery options work (ie text code, phone code, send email to secondary email)
as this account was set up some time ago and the recovery options are no longer in use.
I filled out the form to recover the account two days ago but have received no response any help?
