How can I block a sender who uses the same sender name but different domains? (SENDER@anydomain)

How can I block a junk sender who uses the same sender name but always different domains? (i.e., SENDER@anydomain).

Blocking the domain does not solve the problem with this sender. Can I use something like "SENDER@* (?)
