I logged onto my email today on my laptop then i logged onto the same email on my desktop and now i get a screen saying that they think someone else is trying to access my account. I am trying to reset my password now but when i do it asks "Select
an option for resetting your password." i then check the box next to "Email me a reset link" and i get "We'll send a password reset link to these email addresses."
but the only email address that comes up is inactive now. i have also tried to do the questionnaire but i am told i do not have enough information. what should i do?
