I recently signed up for an outlook.com email account. I uploaded a profile photo. I can see the profile photo on the top left corner of the email when I send myself a test email. No one else in Hotmail or Outlook.com can see my profile photo in the top left corner of the email, they only see a grey box with a white outline of a person which is the generic profile picture if you have NOT uploaded a profile photo but I did so it should show. How do I fix this so that others can see my profile photo in the top left corner of the email when they open the email that I send them? I read elsewhere on the forum that others were also experiencing this problem as far back as 9/2012 but this issue does not seem to have been resolved nor do I find any answers on how to fix this. I have not linked my account to any other email or any other sites so Facebook should not be a factor in this issue. I have only just opened the account, uploaded a profile photo and sent some test emails nothing else. Please help. thank you
