How can I get all my email from Yahoo to Windows live or Outlook or outlook.com

Since the new format Yahoo! email is so bad, I want to move all my emails.
I tried Outlook and Windows Live, but was only able to access my Yahoo inbox. Is there a way I can copy all my folders from Yahoo?
