I have received notification from Microsoft that I need to add a security code to my Hotmail email account.  However, I set up this account years ago and cannot remember the password for my alias Hotmail account where the security code has to be sent.  I also cannot remember how I answered my security question and the telephone number on the account is no longer valid.  I am 65 years old and afraid my Hotmail account will be closed in 5 days.  Please HELP.
