I don't have any subscriptions but I do have a few points left on the account, but no matter where I look I can't find a way to cancel the points! Does anyone know the solution?

Whenever I try to close my account it tells me "You need to cancel any paid services or Microsoft Points account associated with your Microsoft
account."
