1. Faxed the information to request the change.(Option 2) 

2. Was instructed to provide Credit Card information for verification, I did that 

3. Able to access my email account. When to account setting to change the profile, but the D.O.B. year is still at 2013 and does not give option to         change it. I am able to change all other profile, e,g; address, phone, etc. But not the D.O.B.  

I need to change the D.O.B. year to 1967 so I could access outlook.com from my smart phone.
