I have tried to cancel or close my hotmail account starting in outlook many times now. After routing me to deactivate the account it will ask me to cancel billing account with Microsoft. I do not have one and never did. Nonetheless, after i go to billing there is nothing that will prompt me to cancel other then this forum. This is very important for me to cancel this account. I would appreciate your help.
