First, I am sorry if I am posting this in the wrong forum.  I am not sure where to post this.

I used to have windows movie maker.  My new computer has Windows 10 and does not have movie maker.  It has only video editor which, I was told, is the replacement for movie maker

I want to edit a video using Video editor, the version that comes with Windows 10.   

I know how to delete material in the beginning and at the end of video editor.

However, I do not know how to delete material in the middle of a video.

How do I delete material in the middle of a video.

ALSO:   Is there way to get movie maker. I loved that.  

PLEASE ADVISE.
