Suppose there are 5 emails discussing a common subject but between 5 different individuals. Previously, Hotmail listed all these emails individually in the Inbox page. Nowadays, Hotmail groups them together and get listed as one item in the Inbox listing.
When I, say, forward email number 2 to another individual, say individual number 6 and I don't want him to read the other emails, I cannot do that. When I forward that email number 2, all the other emails get forwarded to individual number 6 with disasterous
consequences. Can Hotmail please undo this group listing to enable us to forward individual emails without sending the whole lot out.
It is the same problem with deleting. We cannot delete just one email out of a group. When we do that, all the emails belonging to the same group get deleted. That's not desireable.
Also, the grouping makes it difficult to trace old emails because they get buried under a title which may not ring a bell.
This grouping feature is not really helpful. Could Hotmail please revert to the old system where every email gets individually listed without getting grouped together? Thanks
