*Note*: I have full access to my affected email account. And every time i try to log in or go to a Microsoft owned website while logged into the affected account it shows me the same "Temporarily Blocked" message.
Here is a list of what i have done to unblocked my account:
- Reset my password (about 4 or 5 times)
- I have Updated my security to the affected account using an alternate account.
- Filled out 2 questionnaires
- Contacted costumer support (Costumer support told me to post on the forums.)
- Posted on the forums 3 time
- I have put in 7 or 8 verification codes
More Info.:
- I have full access to the affected email address and i have received emails saying, "Right on! The information you submitted for your affected account has been verified. click
this link to reset your password." When i do reset my password and then sign in with my affected Microsoft account i once again get the "Temporarily Blocked" message.
- Customer support tried to access my account and even they were blocked out.
If there is anything i am not doing right, or i have yet to do please reply. Cause really all i want to do is to add more security to my account so i can use Xbox Live again.
